Mother Earth’s Social Media Giveaway Terms and Conditions 

 

  1. Information on how to enter this promotion and prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions. Entry into the promotion is deemed to be an acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. 
  2. Entry is only open to New Zealand residents only.
  3. To enter, entrants must: 
    1. Be following Mother Earth on Instagram (@motherearthnz) or Facebook (@motherearthnz) & Coeliac NZ on Instagram (@coeliacnewzealand) or Facebook (@coeliacnewzealand). 
    2. Comment which Mother Earth’s Protein bar you want to try. 
  1. The promotion commences 17th July 2026 at 7.00am NZDT. Entries close 22nd July 2026 at 11.59pm NZDT. 
  2. Entries will be drawn randomly on 23th July2026 at 10.00am NZDT at 24 George Street, North Strathfield, NSW, 2137. The winning entry (3) will win the prize of: 
    1.  6 packs of Mother Earth Protein Bars.
  1. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram or Facebook. The Mother Earth's product prize will be sent to the winner’s nominated address.   
  2. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
  3. If the promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right tomodifythe terms of the promotion, including the prize and these Terms and Conditions.
  4. The Promoter collects entrants’ Instagram or Facebook information in order to conduct the promotion. If the information requested is not provided, the entrant’s entry will be invalid. A request to access, update, correct or request deletion of any information can be directed to the Promoter’s Privacy Officer at the address set out below. In other respects, personal information will be dealt with in accordance with Arnott’s Privacy Policy which can be found at Privacy Policy.
